Hello Sailor!

Hey folks it has been a while! I have finished another bearded gent to add to my collection!

It will be a hectic month this September and here is where you can meet me and other amazing talents this month.

This sexy sailor was created with a  .5 and . 7 mechanical pencil on recycled bristol. He took about 2 and a half days to complete. Original for sale. Contact me for serious inquiries.

I just got back for Wildwood NJ from the Beach Bash Villain Arts puts on and it was a great show!

I am sorry it has been a while! Life has been so very hectic and wonderfully wild! I have been a traveling gypsy with the Villan Arts Tattoo gang selling my artwork along the way! These shows have been beyond wonderful with the new people I meet and the having my work really fit in. I feel like this lost kitten has found her home.

This is a commission i have completed. A husband commissioned me to do a potrait of his wife “April style” and gave me ideas to roll with. It was a fun project!

Happy Halloween from “Sandy”

 

 

This is one of my girls who has gotten bitten. Originally she was going to be titled “Bittten” But I think “Sandy” if fitting. Living on the east coast I am fortunate enough that Sandy (the storm… not the Zombie) didn’t hit me too hard. To all my neighbors who got in her path my thoughts and well wishes go out to you and your families.

This illustration was just something quick and silly, but drawing zombies sure are fun.. I think I have been hanging out with Steve Becker and the FUBAR boys too much.

If you’re interested in a print of  “Sandy” please contact me (this includes tattoo designs) she will not be available in my store. If I get enough requests I will do a special limited release of her.

March Madness! For curvy vintage.

 

How has everyone enjoyed their March so far? I am loving this warm weather and wind! Simply my favorite season.

So I have done a bunch more shopping for my curvy soul sisters! I know how difficult it can be to find all those cute vintage dresses out there for a curvy size so made it my mission to hunt them down and make them available for you!

Vintage Curves

Vintage. Vintage. Vintage.

We all have a love for vintage these days.

Being a lady of curvy nature this sometimes can be difficult and somewhat frustrating  when shopping for these unique items.

I know my DDD girls are more then likely not fitting into %50  of whats out there…. ok more like %85 who am I kidding here.

I have been spending a bunch of my time on my new Etsy shop Threadoverheels working to solve this issue for my curvy soul sisters.

Thread Over Heels is mainly dedicated to sizes 14- 22 whether is be vintage, up-cycled, or hand made fashion. Not saying there is never a smaller sizes, I have sections dedicated for all sizes, but more focused to the voluptuous dames.

The shop is also dedicated to other vintage finds and accessories such as scarves and umbrellas and such. In addition to all my sewing creations!
