2014 was an AMAZING YEAR. And I can not thank you all enough for the support. I can’t wait for this new year and what it possibly may bring!

Big changes are happening to the site! So keep posted! I will have a working shop/ checkout and will be giving this whole site a face lift so stay tuned!

I did this piece for the Voodoo Tattoo Expo in New Orleans Louisiana. I had a great time and even came home with some new ink myself. She is still healing but Micah,  who has been tattooing for over 20 years did and amazing job. I have named my new lace moth Eloise

And had an amazing road trip up the coast and along the Blue Ridge Parkway, here is a little gallery of some of those pretty things!

I am sorry it has been a while! Life has been so very hectic and wonderfully wild! I have been a traveling gypsy with the Villan Arts Tattoo gang selling my artwork along the way! These shows have been beyond wonderful with the new people I meet and the having my work really fit in. I feel like this lost kitten has found her home.

Juried show featuring  30 of our area’s best indie crafters peddling their wares for your holiday shopping needs. Free parking, free admission, and free craft activities for the kids.  Live music by QueenEarth from 2-4.  Santa stops by at 1:00 p.m.  Our excellent food vendor specializes in locally sourced food and offerings will include pulled pork sandwhiches, vegan Asian coleslaw, chicken corn chowder, desserts (some gluten free), and locally roasted Zeke’s Coffee.  The food alone is worth stopping by!

Hey New York!

Come hang out with me and do a little holiday shopping. Whats is better then buying handmade local gifts?

 

I am so very excited for this!  I have been a very busy bee with new prints and gifts for the holiday shoppers.

I will have all my illustrations including Begonia, Sucker, Darwin’s Daughters and Lavender for purchase for the 1st time ever.  My illustrations will be the star of the show for Brooklyn but I couldn’t help to make a couple little extra holiday gifts! A very limited supply of hand drawn pendants are wrapped and ready to go and Slumber Jacks will also be ready for adoption November 17th!

I cant wait to see you all there for some holiday cheer!

Happy Halloween from “Sandy”

 

 

This is one of my girls who has gotten bitten. Originally she was going to be titled “Bittten” But I think “Sandy” if fitting. Living on the east coast I am fortunate enough that Sandy (the storm… not the Zombie) didn’t hit me too hard. To all my neighbors who got in her path my thoughts and well wishes go out to you and your families.

This illustration was just something quick and silly, but drawing zombies sure are fun.. I think I have been hanging out with Steve Becker and the FUBAR boys too much.
